Executive Team
Sridhar (Sri) Chilukuri (Co-Founder & CEO) has over 20 years of experience in software business and product development. In addition to his extensive management experience with P&L, business development, product marketing and engineering functions over the years, Sri has built a reputation for innovation and imagineering. Prior to founding Content Circles, Sri was Director of Strategy, Marketing and Business Development for the DocuShare Business Unit, Xerox’ enterprise content management software business unit. In this role, Sri helped transform the business into a profitable, competitive venture. Prior to Xerox, Sri co-founded Bellamax, a provider of consumer digital photography services, and was Director of Business Development for VA Linux Systems. Sri also held various positions in Adobe’s Acrobat and PostScript businesses for 8.5 years including the position of General Manager of the Information Appliances Group with complete P&L responsibility. Sri received an MBA and an MS in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.
Dr. Tao Liang (Co-Founder & CTO) has over 10 years of experience developing and commercializing new document and content management technologies at Xerox. Prior to co-founding Content Circles, Tao was Manager of Advanced Products for the DocuShare Business Unit at Xerox. In this role, he managed a team of developers and delivered innovative new content management software products and services. Tao also managed strategic technology partnerships with various Xerox research centers as well as key external technology partners such as NASA. Prior to DocuShare, Tao was a Principal, New Business Development at the Internet Business Group of Xerox; and a researcher at the renowned Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) with a focus on social technologies for enabling distributed collaboration, knowledge sharing and digital rights management. Tao received a Ph.D. from Stanford University and a BS from Drexel University.
Rob Potter (Co-Founder & VP of Engineering) has 17 years of software development and engineering management experience at Xerox. He was Director of Engineering for the Xerox DocuShare Business Unit where he managed a team of 40 development, QA and customer support staff across North America, Europe and Asia. During his tenure with DocuShare, Rob led the engineering team through four major releases, including a complete rewrite of the application to scale for enterprise deployments. Prior to DocuShare, Rob held a number of other engineering positions at Xerox. Rob received a BS in Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
John Peck (Vice President of Sales and Marketing) has more than 20 years of high-tech marketing and sales experience in the architecture and graphic arts industries. John has held roles in research and development with early-adopter CADD firms TRICAD, Arrigoni Computer Graphics and Qubix Graphics Systems, as well as international marketing and sales work with industry leaders Adobe Systems and Autodesk Corporation. John has also been a leading corporate spokesman at technical conferences throughout the world. He received his BS in physics from the University of San Francisco and his Master of Architecture degree from the University of New Mexico. John was part of the original launch team of internet start-up Buzzsaw.com (now a subsidiary of Autodesk) whose products are used world-wide for secure web-based collaboration by architects, engineers and property developers.
Guy Anderson (Director of Business Development) has over 13 years of software business development, marketing and sales experience. Specializing in building new businesses, recovery/turnaround strategies, market analysis, and channels development, Guy targets key alliances while remaining focused on building a flexible, scalable and economically efficient sales and marketing infrastructure for taking software to market. Prior to Content Circles, Guy was Director of Business Development for Adesso systems, developers of a platform which simplified replication and synchronization across multiple systems and devices. In this role Guy focused on revenue generating partners, developing their go to market infrastructure and acquiring key content relationships. Prior to Adesso, Guy held various executive leadership positions for CreoScitex, Creo (acquired by Eastman Kodak for $700M), Armor Technologies, Inc.(executive team start-up position), and others. Guy earned his MBA from Babson College and BEd from the University of British Columbia.
