Simply create a circle or accept an invitation to an existing circle and you're well on your way to collaborating with your co-workers, clients or channel partners. Content Circles is designed to work securely across firewalls, and all access is controlled by the circle owner.

Status indicators let you know what's changed, what's waiting for you to review, or what's in the process of being downloaded to your computer. Comments provide contextual information that's always associated with the document.

Content Circles is an ideal solution where regulations or business processes limit the use of e-mail for file sharing. We retain all document versions and comments for future reference, and content can also be synchronized with enterprise content management systems such as SharePoint for an extra layer of redundancy or compliance.

Documents and files are delivered to all team members computers in a very structured way via the Content Circles Client. This ensures everyone has access to the latest files, and knows where they are! More importantly, when you delete a file from a circle it is removed from their computers as well. Unlike e-mail, you retain management rights over your content even after it's been pushed out to the extended team!

Content Circles seamlessly integrates with e-mail applications, enterprise repositories and online storage services for greater productivity. Files from your local hard disk, network drives, SharePoint, Adobe Share and other repositories can be combined in a single circle - without requiring that all circle members purchase and install a Client Access License for each of those applications. As files are updated, Content Circles can synchronize those changes back to the source repositories with the push of a button.
